Claims Consortium team building day2

Good support leads to business success

Look after your employees, and they will look after your business. Often your employees are the frontline between you and your customers, and the experience they deliver can either make or break your business.

At Claims Consortium we truly believe that our people are at the heart of what we do, which is why we dedicate time and resource to investing in our staff – and that means more than just pay and perks.

We work hard to give all our staff the opportunity to develop and grow, and we have established various ways in which to do this. Various training methods ensure that all staff are given opportunities to expand their knowledge throughout their career, and also gain qualifications to aid their role. Our support extends to more than training though, and we have a number of initiatives that are designed to help aid learning challenges, literacy and communication.

We focus on empowering our employees to make their own decisions, enabling them to be confident in dealing with different business situations and managing customers. This confidence enriches communication between employee and customer, ultimately resulting in a happy customer and successful outcome.

As a business we have seen first-hand how harnessing ‘people power’ has benefitted growth, resulting in our Investors in People Gold status, and a spot on the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For 2018 list, for the 2nd year running.

We are now sharing our knowledge with other local businesses, offering training and support through our Claims Consortium Foundations Programme. Training is designed to engage your employees in your business objectives, empowering them to contribute more effectively towards your goals.

Look after your employees – the result is happy staff, happy customers, increased performance and a thriving business.
